Date: 2009-07-04 02:47 am (UTC)When I hurt my back. The muscles in my lower back(all of them)spasmed and locked and I couldn't move at all. there was no other choice but to call an ambulance. The guys who put me on the backboard were hot, though...so yay!!

turns out that the muscles in my lower back had spasmed, then locked, and I couldn't move. We had no choice but to call am ambulance. I was practically paralyzed from the pain...I was out of work for a week and on extreme light duty for over a month.
