Okay. As some of you know, I all but BOMBED NaNo, which means I called a hiatus for absolutely no reason. Well, I've been thinking about this for a bit now, and finally decided.
Starting the first of the year, I'm officially on a writing hiatus.
I will NOT be joining any challenges
I will NOT be taking any requests.
Fics I've started will be on hiatus, even though most already are
There will be exceptions, of course, but anything you see posted will be strictly because I wanted to write, not because I was asked to.
Seeing how easy it has been for people to write has been a severe kick to my confidence, which really can't get much lower. I seriously don't mean to make anyone feel guilty...this is something that has been building for a while now. My writing has taken a severe nosedive in quality and has seemed like more of a chore lately.
The fact that I broke down crying every day for the first week oh NaNo should be proof enough of this.
This isn't permanent since I love writing too much, but yeah...
